Meet The Team

Megan Lamke

General Partner & Licensed Realtor

Megan started in the real estate industry working for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 2008. Megan built a network of real estate investors  and learned some best practices for investing. While working full-time Megan began house hacking and investing in residential real estate.  Megan started implementing the Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, and Repeat (BRRRR) strategy in 2011 on her primary residence. After working for several fast growing technology companies, Megan started leveraging her sales and marketing skills to grow local property management companies. That lead Megan to get her real estate license in 2016 and started passively investing in multifamily real estate syndications. Shortly after becoming a passive investor Megan became a General Partner in her first real estate syndication. Today Megan has a rapidly growing portfolio of over $1,491 units valued at over $109 million dollars. Megan loves helping the accredited and sophisticated investors turn their grit into financial growth. Learn more about joining her Passive Investing Club.

When Megan isn't working, you can find her sailing on Lake Minnetonka, volunteering at local non-profit organizations, or traveling with her family to a State Park.

Darik Lamke

Passive Investor & Engineer

Darik graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with several engineering degrees and a math minor. He has worked as an Engineer since 2008.  Darik's passion for number crunching proved useful when the Lamkes embarked on their first Financial Peace University class in 2014. Since then, Darik and Megan have paid off over $535,000 including their mortgage, and are completely debt-free! Darik's true passion is engineering and loves his current 9-5 job as the Director of Systems Engineering  Kannegiesser Etech.

Darik is grateful that together they prioritized getting completely out of debt and fully funding an emergency fund before investing in real estate.  There is so much more peace and stability when investing with cash. Darik highly recommends that individuals get their "Four Walls" and a personal budget in order before scaling up to multifamily real estate.

When Darik isn't working, he can be found in his workshop woodworking, reading a good book or playing board games.
