Welcome Investors: Unlike many real estate syndicators who only work with accredited investors, we partner with investors to meet customized goals, regardless of their current salary, net worth and investment experience. We take the time to build relationships with all of our investors to recommend the most suitable investment vehicles to meet their unique financial situation and experience. As a private placement issuer, our SEC attorneys file all of our Regulation D 506b, 506c, Reg CF, and Reg A type offerings, while our broker-dealer double checks our securities registration compliance. As a result we are able to welcome and serve a broader network of real estate investors.
Accessible Investments: Most multifamily real estate syndications require a $50,000+ minimum investment. Through our Regulations Crowdfunding offerings (Reg CF) removes large financial barriers to entry and allows for a proof of concept size of investment. As a woman owned business we are passionate about accessibility to women, BIPOC, accessibility for differently-abled individuals and correcting the accessibility injustices to under served people groups traditionally not included in the 'Good Old Boys Club'.
Committed Stakeholders. We never put opportunities in front of our investors that we would not leverage for our own financial portfolio. We are more than just Shareholders, as general partners who are investing our own capital in offerings, we are committed Stakeholders.
